Where Do We Go From Here

about

On the surface, "Where Do We Go From Here" tells the tale of a relationship on the rocks, but if you dig deeper, you'll discover a few extra layers. For me, I have always chosen to live my life in a bit of a bubble - ignorance is bliss if you will - but this year, both globally and personally, has forced me out of my "everything's okay" shell and shown me that the world is unpredictable, scary, crazy, exciting, and sometimes you have to walk THROUGH the fire rather than around it.

lyrics

One eye open
Hear you knocking at the door
Say you love me
You won't leave me wanting more

Say you want out
Say you want in
Say more lover I'm
The same old lover

Where do we go from here?
Where do we go from here?
I'm scared
I'm out of words
Is that alright?

Where do we go from here?
Where do we go from here?
I'm scared
I'm out of words
Is that alright?

I'm fairly certain
I am hearing from the past
Echoes softly
Haunted wavelengths on the glass

Another cold breath
Another fake laugh
Say more lover I'm
The same old lover

Where do we go from here?
Where do we go from here?
I'm scared
I'm out of words
Is that alright?

Where do we go from here?
Where do we go from here?
I'm scared
I'm out of words
Is that alright?

Where do we go from here?
Where do we go from here?
I'm scared
I'm out of words
Is that alright?

Where do we go from here?
Where do we go from here?
I'm scared
I'm out of words
Is that alright?

For once in your life
Just stay and fight
